Our Rooftop Suite is a very spacious and luxurious apartment with a small kitchen and a homely interior. This suite offers a view if the Erasmus Bridge, the river, the marina and the city. 
This suite is located on the 3rd floor and has a ceiling of (high) historic beams. It includes a kitchenette and a spacious refrigerator.
The bathroom is equipped with a bath and with a rain shower.

Our long stay rates (valid for stays longer than 8 days) are available at our reception.

Hotel Pincoffs operates sustainably. If you stay with us for more than one night and skip the room cleaning and new linen, you can have a tree planted by Hotels for Trees for free. You can also donate a tree (5 euros).

Our conditions:

• When you book through this secure, official website, we guarantee you the best price
• Room rates are excluding city tax: 6,5% p.r.p.n.
• If you have paid directly online with your credit card and later cancel the room within the cancellation policy, we will deduct the actual costs charged by the credit card company from the amount refunded to you. If you have paid with iDeal, these costs do not apply.
• Non-refundable bookings are bookings with a discount. These rooms and booking can never be canceled without payment. We cannot make exceptions to this.
• We have a strict no smoking policy in our hotel. The fine for smoking in the room or suite is 250 euros.
